CPR Re-Certification for Patient Safety

Our team at Apex Dental Group has cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training every year to keep up with the latest techniques or changes to the program and of course as a reminder to all of us.

It's important for our team to know CPR for the safety of our patients. In case of an emergency with kids or adults, (ex: panic attacks, asthma attacks, fainting, etc) we are ready to assist in any way we can while paramedics arrive and help save our patients lives.

Our patients can feel relieved and safe in our dental office knowing that our whole team is certified and ready to take action when needed.

Here are a few photos of us practicing on Resusci Anne, also known as Rescue Anne. Annie, is a model human torso used for learning CPR.

A Belated Back to School Drive for Teachers Thanks!

The Back to School Drive for Teachers from August to October of last year was a great success! Thanks to all our patients who contributed to the drive. We could not have done it without you.

We also had a very special partner Office Max in Apex. They contributed with a 50% discount of in-store purchases by Dr Kitzmiller to supplement the drive. He shops at Office Max for my business and am always impressed by the knowledge, help and expertise of their team. He highly recommends their store. Thanks for your help!

Take a look at our treatment philosophy
Our treatment philosophy is rooted in the thanks and gratitude that our patients have chosen us among many other dental practices. With this comes a deeper commitment to our patients that shows compassion and delivers a long-term comprehensive treatment plan. To achieve these goals, we must maintain a high level of continuing education and training so that will can deliver the best techniques and technology that dentistry has to offer. We will listen, hear and clarify their concerns, and develop a care plan that the patient chooses, understands and commits. The patient’s financial considerations must be addressed, so they have the freedom to choose a plan that they desire. This holistic / co-diagnostic approach will help our patients and team understand their role in maintaining and keeping the dentistry that our patients have chosen.
